| Description | Ecology has published the 2026 utility-specific carbon intensity (CI) values for electricity under the Clean Fuel Standard. These values are based on the Washington Department of Commerce’s 2024 Fuel Mix Disclosure report and apply to electricity consumed in calendar year 2026. Reporting parties must use the applicable utility-specific CI value when submitting quarterly and annual reports in the Washington Fuel Reporting System. The document includes individual CI values for each Washington electric utility, the statewide average grid value, and links to the 2026 Utility-Specific Carbon Intensity Calculator with detailed calculations. | ||||||
