This is the final fee update for the Refrigerant Management Program in 2027. The change is based on a workload analysis, updated budget needs, and projected revenue. Ecology may adjust the fee yearly to cover projected program costs and to maintain sufficient funds. Because revenues will not support projected program costs, Ecology needs to adjust fees to increase revenues. |
