The policies recommended in this document result from the direction of the Water Resources Act of 1971 RCW 90.54 which directs the Department of Ecology to formulate a management and use program for the waters of the State of Washington. The policies recommended relate to the Okanogan Basin's hydrologic conditions with the current level of development and provide for future development, with appropriate protection of instream needs. |
