Description Water Resource Inventory Area 7: This document includes the proposed administrative rules and supplemental environmental impact statement. The Western Washington Instream Resources Protection Program involves development of instream flow regulations for the 26 Water Resource Inventory Areas (WRIA) found on the western slope of the Cascade Range. The Department of Ecology has undertaken an analysis of the water resources of the Snohomish River Basin and developed policies and procedures to protect flow levels and minimize impacts resulting from future water appropriations.
