Description The Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant is currently at half its design capacity. Its dilution zone generally complies with dilution zone guidelines. The effluent plume may surface during slack current, but its effects are minimal and temporary. There are no water quality violations attributable to the effluent.
