Description A joint agency report by Washington State Departments of Ecology and Natural Resources, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Environmental Protection Agency Region 10. This document is a technical appendix to the Management Plan Report for the PSDDA study, and was prepared by the Evaluation Procedures Work Group. Evaluation procedures are the sampling, testing, and test interpretation (disposal guidelines) of dredged material proposed for unconfimed, open-water disposal in Puget Sound. This appendix is a document that explains the development and rationale for the evaluation procedures.
