Description The 1987 Washington State Legislature authorized Ecology to conduct a study to investigate the effects of current uses of agricultural chemicals on groundwater quality in Washington. The agricultural pilot study is a first step toward defining these effects. The primary objective of the pilot study is to provide information on the presence and concentration of pesticides in groundwater.
