The objective of the task detailed in this report is to identify the concentrations of selected high-priority contaminants that are representative of background conditions in the water, soil, air, and sediment of Washington State. Report placed online Jan 2010. The informaiton in this document is dated and should not be used to establish background concentrations on a site.
