Description Ecology conducted a Class II inspection at the Spokane wastewater treatment plant (WTP) on September 20-22, 1988. The 44 MGD design activated sludge facility serves the City of Spokane and portions of the greater Spokane area. This inspection coincided with a receiving water study conducted by the Ecology Surface Water Investigations Section (Carey, report in progress).
