Description | This document provides an analysis of the economic impacts of certain section for the proposed rule on small businesses. The sections of the rule that are analyzed in this document provide management standards for areas with sediment contamination exceeding the sediment quality standards provided in the Section 173-204-320 through 340 of the new rule. A separate economic impact analysis addresses the preferred approach to developing standards for media other than sediments (ICF 1990). | ||||
