| Description | On April 3, 1990, Ecology adopted Parts 1 through 6 and 8 of Chapter 173-340 WAC, the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Cleanup Regulation. The rule became effective on May 4, 1990. The rule was published in Washington State Register 90-08-086. This document was issued in April 1990 and cataloged on Washington State Department of Ecology’s (Ecology) Publications website in 2016. The document provides Ecology’s response to public comments on the proposed rule. |
