Description On October 11-13, 1988, a limited Class II Inspection and receiving water survey were conducted at the Endicott Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP). The purpose of the study was to determine WTP efficiency and assess effects of effluent discharge on Rebel Flat Creek.
