Description This set of guidelines are intended to assist in the preparation of facility oil spill prevention plans. The guidelines were designed to clarify and expand on prevention plan standards presented in Chapter 173-180D WAC. They include general expectations on the scope of oil spill prevention plans, and also provide specific suggestions on key prevention plan components. This publication includes: Guideline A - Interim Prevention Plans, Guideline B - Prevention Plan Preparation, Guideline C - Facility Risk Analysis, Guideline D - Personnel Programs, Guideline E - Maintenance and Inspection Programs, Guideline F - Spill Prevention Technology and Guideline G - Prevention Plan Review Process.
