Description A Limited Class II Inspection and receiving water survey was conducted at Pomeroy Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) on October 15-16, 1991. The purpose of the study was to determine WTP efficiency and assess impacts of effluent discharge on Pataha Creek.
