Description Ecology's Environmental Investigations and Laboratory Services Program has been monitoring the ground water at four dairy lagoons in Washington State to determine if leakage affects ground water quality. Two lagoons are in Whatcom County, one is in Yakima County, and one is in Lewis County. Three of the lagoons have affected ground water quality to varying degrees. The memo summarizes the findings and conditions at each of the lagoons.
