Description The Pullman wastewater treatment plant was operating at a high efficiency and being well maintained at the time of the Class II Inspection on July 23-25; and again during a resampling on October 1-3, 1991. Nearly full nitrification was occurring on both occasions. However, past treatment plant records indicate that full nitrification is not predictable. Hydraulic and waste loads to the plant are approaching design criteria.
