Description A Class II Inspection was conducted in October 1991 at the city of Prosser Industrial/Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant in Benton County, Washington. The Prosser facility is a single stage recirculating trickling filter plant followed by a sequential batch reactor (SBR). Inspection data found the Prosser STP was producing a fairly good effluent quality. Effluent concentrations were within NPDES permit limits with the exception of one fecal coliform sample.
