Description A Class II Inspection was conducted on February 11-13, 1991, at the Simpson Tacoma Kraft Company (Simpson) pulp and paper plant in Tacoma. The plant discharge into Inner Commencement Bay is limited by NPDES permit WA 000085-0. Permit parameters were within daily maximum limits during the inspection.
