Description Soil gas and soil samples were collected as part of a preliminary Site Hazard Assessment on December 9-16, 1991, at the former Hytec fiberglass manufacturing facility in Tumwater, Washington. A total of 40 soil gas samples and 12 soil samples were collected and tested to provide information on the extent of on-site soil contamination and potential ground water contamination. This information will be used to score and rank the site using the Washington Ranking Method.
