Description In July 1991, Ecology and PTI Environmental Services of Bellevue, Washington, sampled decanted water and sediment from Vactor Trucks operating in King and Snohomish Counties. Vactor Trucks are used to clean catch basins and other stormwater facilities. Sampling was conducted in high-density residential, commercial/light industrial, and heavy industrial areas to determine the effect of land-use on contaminant concentrations.
