Description Limited Class II Inspections and receiving water surveys were conducted at the Eastern State Hospital and Lakeland Village Wastewater Treatment Plants (WTPs) on August 28 29 and October 30-31, 1990. Objectives of the study were to determine WTP efficiency and assess impacts of effluent discharge on West Medical Lake.
