Description A lake and watershed management plan was developed for Fenwick Lake under the authority of EPA’s Clean Lakes program. Load allocations for total phosphorus were developed for the lake. The load allocations, along with structural watershed controls, in-lake restoration techniques, and monitoring were designed to help the lake attain to Washington State’s water quality standards.
