Description The Lake Chelan TMDL was developed to maintain the ultra-oligotrophic status of the lake. The TMDL incorporates the management activities of the Lake Chelan Water Quality Plan., and includes an interlocal approval signed by the Lake Chelan Sewer District; Lake Chelan Reclamation District; Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County; Chelan County, and the city of Chelan.
