| Description | Since 1990, the Department of Ecology has administered the pollution prevention planning program provided for in Chapter 70.95C RCW. In 1995, Ecology decided to evaluate the planning process and the information collected through annual progress reports. The evaluations showed us that modifying and simplifying the guidance and reporting forms would help facilities achieve better pollution prevention results. The revisions found in this document were designed to meet that objective. | ||||||
