Description | A Class II Inspection was conducted at the city of Grandview Sewage Treatment Plant in October 1991. The treatment system includes a primary clarifier, lagoon system, and spray irrigation. The adequacy of treatment was difficult to assess; however, treatment across the lagoons did not appear to be good. Improved flow measurement at the plant is recommended. | ||||
