Description TMDL to set wasteload allocations (WLAs) for biological oxygen demand, ammonia-nitrogen, and chlorine for the city of Pomeroy wastewater treatment plant, and establish a load allocation (LA) for the Pataha River at RM23. These WLAs will help Pataha Creek meetin state water quality standards for dissolved oxygen, ammonia-nitrogen toxicity, and chlorine toxicity.
