Description An unannounced Class II Inspection was conducted on January 10-12, 1994, at the Vancouver Aluminum Company (Vanalco) aluminum smelter in Vancouver, Washington. The inspection investigated the Vanalco sanitary sewage trickling filter plant (SSTP) and the facility's industrial wastewater system. SSTP operation was adequate and removal efficiency for most parameters was good.
