Description A Class II Inspection was conducted on August 31 and September 1, 1993, at the city of Tekoa Wastewater Treatment Plant in Whitman County, Washington. The Tekoa facility is an activated sludge plant which discharges treated and disinfected effluent into upper Hangman Creek. The inspection data found the Tekoa facility was producing a high quality effluent. Effluent concentrations were all within the NPDES permit limitations. Effluent priority pollutant metal concentrations were all less than the EPA Water Quality Criteria for fresh waters.
