Description | A rule amendment was proposed in June 1993 to exclude wood ash that results from burning untreated wood and certain wood fiber materials, provided the wood ash designated solely for corrosivity by WAC 173-303-090(6)(iii). During the public comment period, Ecology received many comments concerning whether or not the sludge from pulp and paper mills should be allowed to be burned as part of the exclusion. This document summarizes those comments. | ||||
