Author(s) Coots, R.
Description The Watershed Assessments Section of Ecology updated this guidance document originally written in 1989 for watershed management committees developing watershed action plans
pursuant to the nonpoint rule (Chapter 400-12 WAC). Revisions were necessary due to changes to Chapter 400-12 WAC in 1991 and issues brought forward since the initial publication. The manual provides guidance on watershed characterization, long-term monitoring, data management, riparian corridor assessment, and land use characterization. An annotated bibliography of water quality and habitat-related publications is included.
