Description | The Department of Ecology published a report in 1993 with proposed Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for ammonia for critical points in the South Fork Palouse River. Ecology adopted an EPA modification of criteria for freshwater chronic un-ionized ammonia after the publication of the 1993 report. This addendum report supplements and supersedes information in the 1993 TMDL Report. This addendum includes revised waste load allocations for effluent discharged by the city of Pullman POTW and revised criteria for Paradise Creek at the state line. | ||||||
