Description This document was Washington State's official manual for delineating wetlands. Delineation manuals are used to determine the edge of a wetland based on three "parameters": water, plants, and soil.
NOTES As of March 14, 2011 this manual is no longer valid. Delineations should be done according to the currently approved federal manual and supplements. See WEB PAGE link below for more information.
