Description On April 1, 1998 Governor Gary Locke signed into law the 1998 Dairy Nutrient
Management Act (Chapter 90.64 RCW) passed by the 1998 Washington State Legislature.
This Act significantly changes how water pollution related to some dairy farms will be
addressed.
