Description A Class II inspection was conducted at the Central Kitsap Wastewater Treatment Plant on January 26-28, 1998. The plant was performing well during the inspection. The effluent met National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit limits for all parameters: 5-day carbonaceous biochemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, fecal coliform, and pH.
