Description | The purpose of this form is to allow applicants and Permittees under the Aquatic Plant and Algae Management Permit to develop a Discharge Management Plan (DMP) that provides site-specific water body information. For new applicants the form also serves as a SEPA addendum and is used in place of the SEPA checklist. The form helps guide people through the planning process and provides them with links to on-line data that will help them accurately compile the information. | ||||
