| Description | This form is for property owners in the Tacoma Smelter Plume to sign up for, or decline, soil sampling and testing. By signing this agreement, property owners agree to allow Ecology staff access to their property for soil sampling. Property owners acknowledge that the soil sampling results may be made public. Additionally, property owners agree to hold harmless the Washington Department of Ecology and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from the sampling, testing, evaluation, and disclosure related to the subject project. | ||||||
