This form allows CARB accredited offset verification bodies to register to provide offset verification services in Ecology's Cap-and-Invest program, in alignment with the Cap-and-Invest Program Rule; WAC 173-446-540(1)(c). Completion of this form is a prerequisite for providing offset verification services in the Cap-and-Invest program. |
