| Description | Organizations participating in the Clean Fuel Standard Program should download this Attestation form and complete all entries if they are either: 1) An officer or person authorized to bind the entity reporting biomethane in the Washington Fuels Reporting System and Credit Banking and Transfer System (WFRS-CBTS) under the provisions of WAC 173-424-420(2)(e), or 2) An officer or person authorized to bind the fuel pathway holder claiming use of biogas or biomethane as process energy under the provisions of WAC 173-424-400(1)(k)(ii). Fuel reporting entities must upload the completed form into WFRS-CBTS with their annual compliance report. Fuel pathway holders must scan and upload the completed form into the CFS Alternative Fuels Portal (AFP) annually with their fuel pathway report. |
