Description Starting in Spring 2024, the Department of Ecology will send a summons via certified mail to people on record who have a water right document or own a parcel outside a water service area. The summons will include instructions and two court claim forms. Recipients are required to fill out one of two court claim forms based on their water usage: the Small Use Court Claim Form or the Full-length Court Claim Form.
