| Description | Under Chapter 173-495 WAC, the state established a rigorous supervisory framework governing all non-exempt weather modifying activities. The License From certifies that the personnel possess the required expertise to conduct weather modification safely. The License is a part of a dual validation application process with the Permit. The Permit Form evaluates the specific operational details, localized operations by defining geographical boundaries, mandatory reporting, and fee requirements for each project. | ||||
