Washington State Department of Ecology will reimburse qualifying applicants up to $10,000 for costs associated with switching to safer degreasing or brake cleaning equipment and products. This form is used to apply for the Automotive Degreaser Replacement Project. After approval, this form is used to apply for reimbursement. This form should only be completed with the help of a Pollution Prevention Assistance specialist. |
