Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology began a focused study of the ground water in eastern Moxee Valley and Black Rock Valley in 1983 after the discovery of ground-water-level declines in the area. The study determined the nature and extent of the aquifers, how the aquifers are hydrogeologically separated, and, most importantly which aquifers are experiencing water-level declines. | ||||
