Description In accordance with RCW 43.21A.064(2), the Dam Safety Office (DSO) conducted a periodic inspection of the Tahuya Lake Dam project on July 21, 1998. As part of the inspection, the DSS performed a hydrologic analysis to determine the adequacy of the project's spillway, a dam failure assessment to determine the consequences of a failure, and developed some repair options to increase spillway capacity. This report summarizes that analysis.
