Description | We developed this form as a suggestion for boatyards to use for their site inspections. It is simply a guidance document and not a mandatory form. It is to be used by boatyards as a guide for their site inspections. Facilities can download the PDF version and write or type in the information on the blank boxes or lines. Facilities can save the WORD version and modify it to add their site-specific information. For example, a facility can make its own master copy adding its facility name and permit number. Every time they need to print out a form, this information is already included. |
