| Description | Under the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), a terrestrial ecological evaluation (TEE) is necessary when hazardous substances are released into the soils at a site. Completion of this TEE form is a requirement for all Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) sites, and will fulfill that requirement. You need to submit this form if you’re cleaning up a site under the VCP and planning to request a written opinion on your cleanup from Ecology. |
