Description This assessment contains a compilation and prioritization of all the information acquired thus far in the scoping process for the Mid-Columbia Water Quality Management Area (WQMA).

The Needs Assessment is a working document that outlines the decisions made by a workgroup concerning potential water quality problems in the Mid-Columbia WQMA and potnetial solutions. It is produced during year one (scoping year) of the five-year management cycle.
