REVISION NOTE: The content of this procedure became effective January 22, 1993, and was revised on June 11, 2004. In September 2018, we formatted this document, added Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) language, and cataloged it in Ecology’s publications database. With the exception of ADA language, the content of this procedure did not change from the June 2004 revision.
