The Washington State Department of Ecology has prepared this fact sheet pursuant to the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Chapter 70.105D to provide you with information about the implementation of the Agreed Order at the Dryden Landfill, 9073 Highway 2, in Chelan County. Ecology's proposal to finalize the Agreed Order for the Dryden Landfill site is now open for a 30-day public comment period, between November 9, 2005 and December 9, 2005. |
