|This publication provides information about the initial steps to take to clean up, document, and report a small spill of hazardous substances to soil immediately following its discovery. Successful cleanups during Ecology’s Initial Investigation review period can prevent listing a property on the Confirmed and Suspected Contaminated Sites list.
