Description | This site was managed by the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA). The Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA) issues no further action opinion letters (NFAs) to tank system owners for site cleanups that comply with Washington’s Model Toxics Control Act. Following additional cleanup actions in 2013 and 2021, PLIA determined that no further remedial action was necessary and issued a NFA on March 4, 2022. PLIA’s NFA indicated that soil and groundwater have been remediated to below MTCA Method A cleanup levels. The cleanup is protective of human health and the environment without the need for activity or land use restrictions. | ||||
